As a former investment banker, Paul, our founder, has invested or advised on hundreds of transactions ranging from private placements, distressed/turnaround, M&A transactions, and cross border partnerships.

Pegasis focuses our efforts mainly on those business opportunities that have a meaningful effect on society and for which we can approach with great passion and dedication. Therefore we will take on fewer assignments so we deliver superior results for our consulting clients and maximize returns in our investments.
